Calvary Food Pantry

The Calvary Food Pantry is a vital and long-standing program for outreach into the broader community of Calvary-St. George's.  Many of our neighbors find themselves short of the resources for a nourishing diet due to illness, lack of proper housing, disruptions in steady and gainful employment and other circumstances.

About 100 men, women and children visit our door each week for a bag of non-perishable food to help them get through a weekend, when many weekday feeding programs are not available. Food is provided each year with aid from Partnership for the Homeless and the Emergency Food Assistance Program.
