Worship Times
- The 9:30am Morning Prayer Service at St. George’s Chapel is the traditional Rite I liturgy from the Book of Common Prayer. Holy Communion is offered on the first and third Sundays. The King James Bible is used for all Bible readings. St. George's Chapel is at 4 Rutherford Place, east of 3rd Avenue between 16th and 17th Streets in New York City.
- The 10:00am service at Calvary St. George's is a formal liturgy with an emphasis on traditional music. Holy Communion is celebrated each week. Coffee hour and fellowship follows the service. Nursery childcare is available. Calvary Church is located at 277 Park Avenue South at East 21st Street in New York City.
- The 11:15am service at St. George’s blends elements of contemporary worship with a more relaxed liturgy. Holy Communion is celebrated each week, and coffee hour and fellowship follows the service. St. George's Church is located at 7 Rutherford Place, east of 3rd Avenue at 16th Street, in New York City.
- The 6:00pm service at Calvary is centered on contemporary music and a more contemporary liturgy. Holy Communion is celebrated each week, and refreshments and fellowship follow the service.
- 7:30 am Tuesday at Calvary: Hour of Prayer and Worship. Join us in a service dedicated to worship and prayer. We worship God in song and prayer, and join together to ask for His guidance, blessings, and spiritual renewal. Hour of Prayer and Worship is followed by a light breakfast, every Tuesday at Calvary Church. Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. - 12:10pm Thursday at Calvary: Healing Service: A healing service, including Holy Communion, is held at Calvary Church each Thursday at 12:10pm. A priest annoints with oil , at the communion rail, any person desiring it and prays a blessing. A member of the prayer ministry team is available for one-on-one prayer following the service. Refreshments and fellowship also take place after the service.
Anyone who has been baptized may receive Holy Communion at Calvary-St. George’s services. If you do not wish to receive communion, you may also approach the communion rail with your arms crossed to receive a blessing.
